Request Deletion From Us

To request deletion of data associated with your use of Tauke Topup, email [email protected] with the subject line "Tauke Topup Data Deletion Request".

Include the Meta, Threads, Facebook, or Instagram account identifier or username connected to the app so we can locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.

Remove App Access in Meta

You may also remove the app from your Meta account settings. When access is removed, we will delete or stop using app-related data that is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the relevant account data.
